Financial Aid
Need Financial Assistance for the
2011-2012 school year? Forms are available in the school
office. These must be filed by June 6, 2011 to be eligible
for financial aid. Also, you cannot receive assistance
without filing the proper forms – so, please do not hesitate
to contact the school office to obtain the proper form.

NEW IMMUNIZATION
REQUIREMENTS:
Beginning 2010-11 school year all 7th graders will be
required to an additional dose of Tdap booster. (Tetanus,
Diphtheria, Pertussis) One dose of Tdap or Td vaccine must be
administered prior to starting school in August. Please be
sure to obtain documentation to be provided to the school nurse.
