Thank you for registering for the 23rd Annual St. Paul Westlake golf outing played at Avon Oaks Country Club this coming Monday May 10th! We are excited to announce that our outing is SOLD OUT for this year. The response has been incredible. Thank you!

ITINERARY FOR THE DAY
9:30am - Registration / Check-In Opens
- Buy your Supertickets and Raffle Tickets!
- Practice Range opens
10:15am - Welcome & Opening Prayer
10:30am - Shotgun Start
- Boxed lunch delivered on course
- Putting contest at the turn (get your superticket to enter!)
3:45pm (approx.) - Final groups finish
4:00pm - Dinner & Raffle Event in Ballroom
5:00pm - End of outing - see you in 2022!
SUPERTICKETS & RAFFLE TICKETS FOR SALEDon't forget to bring that extra cash! The "St. Paul Superticket" is your quick and easy way to purchase your mulligan, 12 inch putting string, first 5 raffle tickets, entry into the putting contest, and entry into all the Hole-In-One Contests, including the $10,000 hole-in-one! Buying a Superticket is your only way to enter into the hole-in-one contests! Supertickets are $30.
There are many GREAT raffle prizes and baskets in our "Chinese Raffle"! You'll want to purchase some more raffle tickets. Don't forget a few extra bucks! 4 tickets for $10 or 10 tickets for $20! Photos and more information to come this weekend!
DRINKS & FOOD INFORMATION
For all registered and paid golfers, boxed lunch will be available at the turn. Each golfer will also receive two drink tickets good for beer or wine. Liquor and other drinks may be purchased on site through Avon Oaks Country Club. Dinner is also provided after golf: Braised Beef Tips, Breast of Chicken, Garlic Mashed Redskins, Mixed Veggies, and Assorted Desserts.
GOLFER CHECKIN AND PAYMENT
When you arrive, find our Check-In table and let us know you're here! If you still need to pay for the outing, we prefer Check or Cash, although Credit Cards can be accepted on site for a small ($3) fee. It's a fundraiser, people! No one likes Credit Card fees! :)
