St. Paul Westlake School has provided exemplary Christian education for over 165 years! Our remarkable reputation is due in large part to the dedicated educators who have raised up generations of disciples throughout the years. Average tenure of our faculty is over 15 years. Do not confuse this to mean they are ‘old school’ though. On the contrary. Every classroom integrates iPads (K-3rd grade) or Chromebooks (4th-8th grade) and Smart Board technology. STEAM is a core addition to every curriculum. Most importantly, our students learn the love of Jesus, skills of a disciple, enduring character, and academic achievement.

St. Paul Westlake Church serves the greater westside of Cleveland with four weekly traditional and contemporary worship services. Our congregation gathers, grows, gives and goes with dedicated passion, time and talents. We serve an almighty God! Our Vision, Mission, and Code of Conduct define our path for how we disciple, serve, and share the good news of Jesus.

Our faculty and staff enjoy a wonderful and convenient Westlake workplace. Various benefits are available including medical, dental, vision, hearing and retirement savings. Generous PTO (part-time and full-time) and vacation time (12-month positions), free parking and a free, confidential Employee Assistance Program.
